1. **Export** your product list from the old platform - make sure it is a CSV file.
2. In EasyStore, go to **Products → Import** and **download the CSV template** (this is the format EasyStore needs).
3. Give both files to AI:【Your exported CSV *and* the EasyStore template.】
4. Ask AI to **map your product data into the EasyStore template**: match up titles, prices, SKUs, variants, images, and so on, and flag anything that doesn't line up.
5. **Review the AI's output** and fix any gaps (this step is not optional - see below).
6. **Import the finished file** back into EasyStore (Products → Import → upload your CSV).
7. **Spot-check a few products** to confirm they came in correctly.

### Add products individually

1. Go to **Products → Add product**.
2. Enter the **Title** and **Description**. (There's an AI writer for the description if you want it - Uses a small amount of tokens.)
3. Upload your **images:** 1:1 square, 800×800px recommended.
4. Set your **pricing**: Price (selling), and optionally Compare at price (for a slashed/sale look) and Cost price.
5. Fill in **inventory**: SKU/barcode are optional; turn on inventory tracking if you want stock to auto-deduct and show "Sold Out."
6. Add **weight & dimensions** if your shipping is weight-based.
7. Edit the **SEO meta description** (add words customers would search for).
8. **Save.**

### Import products from marketplaces
