# Add highlights & FAQs on product page

# 1. Introduction

Product highlights and FAQs help customers understand your products more quickly while giving search engines and AI tools clearer information to understand. Create richer product pages with AI-generated content that improves both customers shopping experience and AI discoverability.

**Product highlights**
* Surface the product’s main features and selling points
* Help customers compare products and make decisions faster
* Make key product details easier for AI tools to identify

**Product FAQs**
* Answer common customer questions directly on the product page
* Reduce uncertainty before purchase
* Provide clearer context that AI tools can use when answering product-related searches

# 2. Show highlights/FAQs sections in product pages

2.1 Go to Products > click the 3-dot button on the top right > **Product settings**.

2.2 Scroll down to Product Highlights/FAQs sections. **Turn on** the sections and you will see their settings.

2.3 **Confirm titles** for the sections. The titles will be seen by customers on the product pages.

2.4 Select how you prefer the Highlights/FAQs to be generated:

* Add myself later — You need to manually add the highlights/FAQs in product editing page, refer [step 3](#1-3-view-and-edit-product-highlightsfaqs) for more details
* Auto-fill with AI — Let AI auto-generate the highlights/FAQs for each product
    * Highlights/FAQs will only be auto-generated after the product page is viewed for the first time.
    * If the product already have existing highlights/FAQs, system will not auto-generate with AI.

2.5 You can further click **Advanced** and tell the AI what it should focus on.

| Don't forget to also set your [brand voice](https://admin.easystore.co/settings/ai) at Settings > AI settings.

2.6 Once the settings are finalized, click **Save** button for each section.

# 3. View and edit product highlights/FAQs

3.1 You may now expand and view highlights & FAQs section in product editing page.

3.2 If the product does not have highlights/FAQs yet, you can add manually or write with AI

3.3 If the product already have existing highlights/FAQs, you can edit or rewrite with AI.
