# Add new staff or admin

# 1. Introduction
You can add staff or admin to manage your store, you are able to set limited access for the user as well.

# 2. Add new user/admin

**Step 1 :** Go to [EasyStore Admin](https://admin.easystore.co) > Settings > Staff > click on 'Add Staff'.

**Step 2 :** Fill up the name email address to add a staff member. Choose to give full access or specify access to access these specified functions.

**Step 3 :** Save!

###### 💡 Tips:
* The staff who have full access to do amendments in all functions   
* If the staff is an existing EasyStore user, he/she will receive an invitation email and see the store in his/her EasyStore account.    
* If the staff is not an existing EasyStore user, he/she will receive an invitation email to accept the invitation.

### What do the staff need to do?
**Step 1**: Click on the admin area URL that is in the email, and they would be directed to the login section
**Step 2**: If they already have an existing account with the invited email, they can continue login with the same password & email.

If they do not have an account before, they can choose to:
1. Direct login with Google, OR
2. Reset password to login with new password, and login with the new password
