# 1. Introduction

This guide shows you how to connect messaging channels like mobile push-notification, WhatsApp, Messenger, LINE, Instagram, Telegram in EasyStore.

By reaching customers on the platforms they already use every day, you can improve message visibility, encourage faster responses, and manage all conversations in one place — helping customers feel more connected and enjoy a smoother, seamless experience beyond what email alone can offer.

To start, go to EasyStore’s admin panel > **Messages** > **Messaging Channels** > click the messaging platform that you'd link to connect.
