Product Weight
Width, Height, Length

If you have already filled in the product weight, width, height and length when creating the product, you can skip this step.

Step 3 : Select Payment Shipments (Prepaid or COD)

Step 4 : Select Incoterm

Deliver Duty Paid (DDP) means that you need to pay for import duties and taxes in advance before the products are being shipped out. Your customer does not need to pay customs before they can receive the package

Deliver Duty Unpaid (DDU) means the import duties and taxes are not paid for prior to arriving in the destination country. You as the seller still pays for the costs related to shipping the goods. If you choose to ship with DDU, either you or your customer will end up having to pay for import duties and taxes when the item arrives at the destination country’s customs. May refer here for more information

Step 5 : Choose Service

📌 Note:
404: Malaysia-Malaysia (customs clearance and last time) means the shipper needs to make sure that the shipment is not a prohibited item. You need to make sure that the orders/products follow the country’s laws before entering. The order/item that is being shipped out must have accurate labeling and proper documentation.

JANIO supports both pickup & dropoff services. The merchant would not see the shipping charges as JANIO did not return the total charge data to EasyStore. Thus, merchants need to go to the JANIO dashboard to check the shipping charges.

Step 6 : Create fulfillment and you're done.
