# Connect with Xendit (formerly Payex)

# 1. Things to take note of

* Due to the merging of Payex and Xendit, if you are new user kindly ensure that you registere an account with **Xendit** instead of Payex. Registration can be done [here](https://dashboard.xendit.co/register).
* If you are** **using **Payex **now and **wish to migrate to Xendit** can consult [aisyanurjihan.shafie@xendit.co](mailto:aisyanurjihan.shafie@xendit.co) for more details.
* If your Payex contract still on going, you may proceed the integration tutorial below.

# 2. Connect with Xendit payment gateway

2.1 Go to [EasyStore Admin](https://admin.easystore.co) > Settings > Payments > Add payment method > select **Xendit**

2.2 Fill in the **Display name** and fill in **Description** which will be shown to customers at checkout (both optional

Remember to insert your **Merchant ID** and **Secret Key** (provided by **Xendit** team once your application has been approved) and make sure '**Xendit is now** **enabled**' is selected.

2.3 Save and done.
