# Contact Form

# 1. Setup Contact Form

With this Contact Form app, you can quickly create a functional "Contact Us" page for your online store. This allows your visitors or customers to get in touch with you directly through a simple contact form. Whether they have a question, feedback, or need assistance with a product or service, they can reach out to you effortlessly!

**Step 1: **You can login into your EasyStore admin panel > click on [Apps](https://admin.easystore.co/apps) > Explore Apps > Search **Contact Form** and install this app

**Step 2 :** Fill in the necessary information 

1. **Recipient Email **- Any submission of this contact form would be sent to this email.
2. **Background Colour** - The background colour of the contact form which would be shown on your online store.
3. **Thank You Message** - A short message/greetings right after they submitted the form.

**Step 3 : **Customize the form

1. **Title** - The title of the contact form (for e.g., *Contact Us, Feedback Form*)
2. **Subtitle** - Keep it short as it aim to engage users and encourage them to contact you.

 **Step 4 :** Fill in other information for **Top Content** & **Bottom Content** (Optional).

**Step 5: **Save your settings when you are done!

# 2. Important Notes

1. It will create a new page on your store, goes by the name Contact Us. If you would like to rename the page, you can do so by going to Online Store > Navigations > Contact Us > Edit

2. If it does not appear under Navigation, you can head over to Channels > Online Store > Navigation and Add New Navigation > Select Links and input it as below example:

|| Make sure the URL link is "https://" and the handle comes with "yourdomainname/a/contact-form" to prevent the contact us form is unable to connect

**URL** = https://
**Handle** = yourdomainname.com/a/contact-form
