**Part 1 - Open shipping settings**
Go to Settings → Shippings & Pickup.

**Part 2 - Shipping zones & rates**
* Under Shipping zones and rates, you'll see your Default profile with existing zones (e.g. Peninsular Malaysia, East Malaysia, Rest of world).
* Profiles let you set different rates for different products (most stores just use the Default profile.)
* Click **Add zones and rates** to create or edit a zone. Name it, pick the country, then define it by **states** or **zip codes**.
    * A **state** can only sit in **one** zone, a **zip code** can be in multiple.

**Part 3 - Set the shipping method for the zone**
* In **Methods and rates**, click **Add shipping method** and pick how the rate is calculated: **Based on weight, Based on item quantity, Flat rate per item,** or **Flat rate per order.**
* Fill in: **Handling Fee** (per order), your **rate range**, and a **Free shipping** threshold if you offer one.
* Name the method after your courier (e.g. "J&T", "Poslaju") - it shows at checkout so customers know who's delivering.
* On the same screen, **App integration → Find shipping apps** connects a courier that calculates rates by the customer's address.

**Part 4 - Set up Pickup**
| **Optional - include only if you offer self-pickup**

* Go to Settings → Locations (or the Pickup locations section on the Shippings & Pickup page).
* Open a location → Edit → Fulfillment options → Pick up.
* Turn on Enable pickup at this location.
* Under Pickup settings, choose Standard pickup and/or Cash on Delivery (COD) pickup.
* Set a Pickup service fee if you charge one.
* Choose the pickup date/ time options customers see at checkout.
