In order to encourage customer to purchase from your store, besides providing different types of discounts, may also use different discount method approach to get more sales.

This might drum up more sales, but it can hurt your bottom line in the long run.

💡: The setting can be found at EasyStore Admin > Discounts > Add discount > scroll down to Extra condition:

1. Automatic Discount

The discount can be apply automatically without any extra code or redeem action once the discount condition has been met

2. Discount Code

Required to be entered in cart page or order summary page.
Multiple voucher codes can be generated.
Can either manually create your own voucher code / click "Generate code" to auto generate voucher code.

3. Redeem Directly

Customer will need to redeem this voucher in Online Store > account OR Member App > account > My Rewards
Only available for logged-in customer
Each customer account is eligible to redeem this voucher only once
Redeem directly feature available for Business Plan and above

3.1 Redeem directly via Online store:

4. Redeem by loyalty point

Customer will need to redeem this voucher in Online Store > account
Only eligible for logged-in customer
Redeem by loyalty point feature available for Business Plan and above

📌: Point will be deducted from customer account once they redeemed the voucher
