Providing a seamless registration experience is essential for boosting conversions and improving customer convenience. With EasyStore, you can enable phone number registration, allowing customers to sign up and log in using a one-time password (OTP) sent via SMS. ###### About this feature: * New customers can create an account on your website using their phone number, with email being optional. * Registered customers can log in with their phone number and select which account to connect to if they have multiple accounts. * Customers can reset their password using their phone number. * A **One-Time Password (OTP)** will be sent via SMS for every registration, login, and password reset. * Each OTP will consume [20 tokens](https://support.easystore.co/en/article/messages-broadcast-nivkpu/#1-3-how-tokens-calculated). * You can manually add customers' phone numbers in **Admin Panel > Customers**. * Available in **Business, Growth plan** and above. ### In this article: 1.
