# Manually create new orders

**Step 1 :** [EasyStore Admin](https://admin.easystore.co/) > Orders > **Add order**

**Step 2 :** Select the product > Add your customer > Add order

**Optional** - you can **manually create a custom product** if the product is not in your product list

**Optional** - you can **manually add the customer** if the customer is not in the list

| **💡 Tips :** If you select an existing customer, the **Billing** & **Shipping** address would be auto-filled in.

**Step 3 :** Fill in the Billing address. Click **Set** once everything is filled in

**Optional** - you can fill in the shipping address if the address is different from the Billing address.

If you provide pickup service, you may tick the **self-pickup** and provide your customers with your pickup location address

**Step 4 :** Click Save and you have successfully created an order manually!
