# Redeem free Fiuu account

###### 🎁 Applicable to merchants on EasyStore yearly, 2-years and 3-years plan.

# **1. Introduction**

If you have subscribed to EasyStore yearly plan or above, you are entitled to claim a complimentary Fiuu account of free Sign Up and free Annual Fee (worth RM899) which is offered exclusively for our Malaysia merchants.

With this Fiuu account, you can easily accept **Malaysia's credit card**, **online banking** and **e-wallet** payments via Fiuu.

# **2. Claim free Fiuu account**

2.1 Upon subscribing to EasyStore yearly plan, you will receive a welcome email from us. If you do not have a Fiuu account yet, may sign up via [__this link__](https://eform-ops.merchant.razer.com/index.php?mod=authentication&opt=login&extra=MRAeasystoremy). If you are subscribing to Growth or Success Plan, do check your email for the exclusive sign up rate. 

2.2 Select **REGISTER** tab > fill in your email address > click **Sign Up**.

2.3 You will receive a temporary password sent by Fiuu to your email, use it to log in at next step.

2.4 Now, select **LOGIN** tab, log in using your email and the temporary password.

2.5 At first time login, you need to **reset password**.

| Tips: For existing password, insert the temporary password received in the email.

2.6 Click **Get Started** to start filling in the application form.

### Step 1

2.7 Here are some frequently asked questions about Step 1 :

1. **Sign Up As** refers to type of merchant:

* Offline Merchant - If you need to accept payments at offline locations like retail outlet, pop-up store, bazaar etc.
* Online Merchant (Fiuu) - If you need to accept payments online.

6. **Device Type** refers to the device (hardware) that you’ll be using to accept offline payments:

* POS - Professional POS device, for example SUNMI devices ([chat with us](https://admin.easystore.co/?support) for compatible models)
* VT - Fiuu’s [Virtual Terminal](https://fiuu.com/virtual-terminal/), by installing Fiuu app on daily devices like iPhone or Android (MY: Android only, SG: iPhone and Android)

Fill up the remaining details > click **Next**.

2.8 You can fill in as below:

* Store ID = Blank
* Store Name = dash "-" (refer screenshot below)

Fill up your address > click **Next**.

2.9 Fill in your **bank account details** to receive settlement payments from Fiuu > click **Next**.

### Step 3

2.10 Review the **plans and channels (payment methods)** that you want to subscribe with Fiuu (green color means selected).

💡 Tips about **Online Banking**:

* Plan #2 is for B2C (customers using personal bank account)
* Plan #3 is for B2B (customers using corporate bank account)

Click **Next**.

### Step 4

2.11 Select if you require **e-invoice** from Fiuu (for any fees paid to Fiuu).

If yes, fill in your company including tax details. Click **Next**.

2.12 Upload required documents > click **Agree and Submit** to proceed.

2.13 Scroll to top and tick the suitable box for A to declare about **UBO Acknowledgement** > click **Continue**.

2.14 After accepted Fiuu’s agreements, you will see a pop-up about application submitted successfully.

# 3. Update application

3.1 If you need to edit application details or upload additional documents, can go to **Application List** > switch the application **Back to Draft Mode** first.

3.2 Click **Yes, unlock it!** to confirm.

3.3 After that, you can click the pencil icon to **edit** application and resubmit.

# 4. Getting approved

Once Fiuu has approved your application, you should expect several emails from Fiuu:

4.1 The **1st email** : To inform you about **application** has been **approved**.

4.2 The **2nd email** : You will receive your **Fiuu portal login details** (around 1-3 working days after approval).

4.3 You can now use your new Fiuu login details to log in to your Fiuu portal at [https://portal.fiuu.com/](https://portal.fiuu.com/).

|| 📌 Note: If you receive 2 emails with 2 different Merchant ID for example: __ESastridstoremy__ & __astridstoremy01__, use the one with 01.

4.4 In the 2nd email received from Fiuu, go through the list and check is there any channels (payment methods) **Activated**.

If all channels are **In progress**, you need to wait for Fiuu’s further email update.

4.5 You should receive further emails from Fiuu like this informing you about channels activated.

# **5. FAQ about free Fiuu account**

**5.1 What is the settlement period for this free Fiuu account?**

T+2, which means you will receive the payout around 2 businessess days after the transaction date.

**5.2 Do I need to pay next year annual fee?**

No, subsequent years annual fee is waived.

**5.3 What should I do if I want to accept other currencies with Fiuu free account?**

Free Fiuu account only support MYR currency, you can request additional currencies from Fiuu with extra charges.

**5.4 What documents do I need to prepare for Fiuu account application? **

**Online:**
1.⁠ ⁠SSM
2.⁠ ⁠Bank statement header (only 1 month - most recent month will be better)
3.⁠ ⁠Director IC / Passport copy
4.⁠ ⁠Office photo with signboard

**Offline / physical store:**
1.⁠ ⁠SSM
2.⁠ ⁠Bank statement header (only 1 month - most recent month will be better)
3.⁠ ⁠Director IC / Passport copy
4.⁠ ⁠Outlet photo with signboard

* SSM is not compulsory
* Only sole proprietor company type can submit personal bank account, The rest only accept company bank account
