# เพิ่ม/ลบลูกค้าไปที่หรือจาก กลุ่มใน Bulk

### 1.ส่งออกลูกค้า

1.1 ไปที่ ลูกค้า > อื่นๆ > ส่งออกลูกค้า

1.2 เลือก ประเภท ไฟล์ **> คลิก ส่งออก**

1.3 คุณก็จะสามารถดูข้อมูลของลูกค้าได้ผ่านทางไฟล์

1.4 คุณสามารถเพิ่ม / ลบลูกค้าไปยัง / จากกลุ่ม (ตามที่คุณต้องการ) และบันทึกไฟล์

### 2. นำเข้าลูกค้า

2.2 ไปที่ลูกค้า **> อื่นๆ > นำเข้าลูกค้า**

2.3 ดาวน์โหลดเทมเพลตเพื่อนำเข้าลูกค้าหรือคลิกที่ "เลือกไฟล์" และเลือกไฟล์ Excel หรือ CSV ของคุณเพื่อนำเข้า> อัพโหลด

2.4 เสร็จสิ้น

3. สุดท้ายคุณจะเห็นว่ากลุ่มลูกค้าได้รับการปรับปรุง
