# 【促銷優惠】如何手動修改回饋金

## 方法 1

💡 你可以直接在客戶資訊頁面裡修改回饋金餘額

### 步驟一：選擇客戶

1. 前往客戶管理

2. 點擊進客戶的資訊頁面

### **步驟二：修改回饋金**

1. 點擊「回饋金餘額」可以查看回饋金的歷史記錄，並且可以修改顧客的回饋金餘額

2. 點擊【分配回饋金額】調整或編輯顧客的回饋金月

3. 點擊儲存，完成！

## 方法 2

💡 你可以透過匯入和匯出 Excel 表單的方式大量修改客戶回饋金餘額

### **步驟一：匯出客戶資料**

1. 前往客戶管理 **→** 點擊上方「點狀」按鈕 **→** 匯出客戶

2. 建議選擇 Excel Workbook (.xlsx) 格式，因為 CSV 會有中文亂碼的情況

### **步驟二：批量修改客戶回饋金**

1. 打開下載的 Excel 表 **→** 找到 “Credit Balance” 的欄位 **→** 修改回饋金餘額

2. 回到 EasyStore 客戶管理頁面 **→** 點擊上方「點狀」按鈕 → 匯入客戶

3. 點擊「選擇檔案」，上傳編輯好的 Excel 檔案
