# 【新手指南】客戶管理頁面操作

解客戶管理頁面相關操作，讓你更有效率管理客戶資訊。

### 步驟一：登入客戶管理頁面

1. 前往 EasyStore 後台 → 客戶管理

所有註冊成官網會員或曾經下單的客戶資料都會出現此頁面

### 步驟二：客戶管理頁面操作

1. 設定群組：批量勾選客戶可以直接為客戶設定群組

2. 篩選：點擊「篩選」按鈕，可以快速根據客戶資料篩選和查看

篩選後可點擊「儲存篩選結果」以便後續方便進行查看

3. 新增客戶

（1）點擊「新增客戶」可以手動新增客戶帳號

（2）填寫客戶資料

（3）點擊儲存，完成！

4. 點擊「...」按鈕可以操作更多關於客戶的設定。你可以大量匯入、匯出客戶資料、更多關於客戶管理的設定

### 步驟三：進入客戶資訊頁面

1. 若客戶還沒進行設定過密碼，你可以點擊「重寄邀請函」讓客戶設定密碼，設定過密碼後，就不會出現「重寄邀請函」的按鈕了

2. 客戶資訊頁面裡會顯示所有關於此客戶的資料

3. 點擊「編輯」可以編輯此客戶的資料

4. 點選儲存，完成！

### 小提醒

1. 你會在顧客管理頁面裡看到顧客的狀態會有「已驗證」和「未驗證」

1.1 顧客只要滿足以下其中一個情況滿足，就會顯示「已驗證」：

* 驗證了電子郵箱
* 驗證了手機號碼
* 有下單記錄

1.2 顧客可到官網 → 我的帳號 → 帳號資料 → 拉到下方進行驗證電子郵箱和手機號碼
