# 【分析報表】查看各種報表的數據

|| 可查看的報表會因方案而異

分析報表中可以讓你查看網店的數據分析，你可以查看銷售額、訪客數、商品銷售額等等。通過這些數據就可以知道應該如何優化網店從而帶來更高的銷售額。  

您可以依據不同的渠道、團隊成員和日期範圍來檢視您的銷售表現。此外，分析報表也提供多種類型的報告，讓您能夠監控銷售、產品和顧客資訊。透過使用分析報表，您可以獲得消費者趨勢和行為方面的深入了解，進而制定符合您目標和目的的明確方向。

### 步驟一：前往分析報表頁面

1.  前往 EasyStore 後台 → 分析報表

### 步驟二：篩選平台、員工和日期

1.  選擇銷售管道，一般會點擊「全部」查看

2.  選擇員工為你網店帶來的銷售額，一般會點擊「全部」查看

3.  篩選日期，開始和結束時間

### 步驟三：查看報表數據

1.  篩選後就可以查看網店所有報表和數據

2.  商家可以查看到不同類型的報表統計（以下只提供參考例子）：

### 讀懂分析報表


**總銷售額**
${color}[#ff0000](（僅會計算已付款的訂單）)
`總銷售額 = 販售項目價格小計 + 運費 + 稅額 + 手續費 - 折扣金額 - 退款金額`  


**商品銷售額**
${color}[#ff0000](（包含取消的訂單、處理中訂單以及未付款訂單，但已刪除的訂單不包含。）)
`商品總銷售額 = 商品販售價格 * 數量` 


**商品銷售淨額**
`商品總銷售淨額 = 商品總銷售額 - 折扣金額 - 退款金額`
