# 【顧客經營】黑名單功能

此功能可以讓你把顧客列入黑名單裡，然後顧客就無法在網店下單和登入帳號。  
  

### 步驟一：選擇顧客

  
  
*   前往客戶管理 → 篩選顧客 → 更多操作 → 黑名單

*   顧客就會被例如黑名單裡
  
  
*   你也可以直接在顧客帳號頁面裡把顧客列入黑名單

### 步驟二：查看黑名單顧客

  
  
*   你可以在客戶管理頁面裡篩選黑名單的列表。 狀態 → 被列入黑名單

🔸注意：  
  
*   被列入黑名單的顧客不會出現在顧客列表裡，只可以通過篩選的方式查詢名單
  
*   最多可以把 500 位 顧客列入黑名單裡
  
*   被列入黑名單的顧客不可在官網下單或登入帳號
