# 【訂單管理】發送付款提醒通知信

每筆訂單都有潛在機會進行轉換，你可以通過以下的步驟來進行發送付款提醒通知信，提醒客戶處理未付款的訂單。此文章會介紹兩種提醒客戶付款的方法：

### 方法 1 ：手動發送付款提醒通知信

1. 前往 EasyStore 後台 → 訂單管理 → 使用篩選功能篩選出未付款的訂單

2. 點擊訂單編號進入訂單頁面

3. 點擊「寄送通知信」→ 發送電郵通知

4. 頁面將彈跳出一封可立即發送的提醒通知信 → 點擊「寄出」發送通知信給客戶 → 客戶可點擊信件裡的「前往付款」按鈕

5. 信件中的「前往付款」按鈕將導入客戶返回他們的付款頁面，可重新選擇付款方式並完成付款

### 方法 2 ：付款連結
1. 前往 EasyStore 後台 → 訂單管理 → 使用篩選功能篩選出未付款的訂單

2. 點擊訂單編號進入訂單頁面

3. 點擊「寄送通知信」→ 複製付款鏈接 → 粘貼給顧客

### 方法 3 ：啟用自動提醒未付款訂單功能（僅支援標準版或以上方案）

1. 前往 EasyStore 後台 → 設定 → 結帳設定 → 啟用自動提醒未付款訂單

2. 系統會在客戶下單但未完成付款的 6 小時後，自動發送付款提醒信給客戶
