# 【訂單管理】了解客戶角度的下單流程

當你成功以 EasyStore 建立一個可以營運的官網後，建議你以客戶的角度進行購物流程的測試，以便可以明白和了解完整的下單流程，更能在中發現可以優化之處。  


### 步驟一：登入官網前台

1. 你可以在銷售管道 → 品牌官網 → 佈景主題 → 瀏覽官網 → 即會會登入你的實際官網

### 步驟二：選擇商品

1. 你可以把商品加到購物車內，或如果有安裝「立即購買」擴充即會直接前往結帳頁面

2. 商品加入購物車後可以查看購物車，購物車內可以調整購買的商品數量

3. 確保購物車內的商品沒問題後，點擊「結帳」按鈕前往結帳頁面

### 步驟三：下單

1. 進入結帳頁面後，你需要填寫聯絡資訊

2. 選擇配送方式（這將會根據你的物流設定而呈現）

3. 填寫收件地址

4. 若選擇宅配就需要選擇物流方式（這將會根據你的物流設定而呈現）

5. 若選擇超商取貨就需要選擇超商門市

6. 選擇物流後即會計算運費

7. 最後選擇付款方式後 → 下單

### 步驟四：訂單管理

1. 成功下單後，即會出現在 EasyStore 後台 → 訂單管理裡
