# 【訂單管理】在訂單中留言給顧客

你可以與顧客在訂單裡進行留言，你可以參考以下步驟：  
  
*   前往 EasyStore 後台 → 訂單管理頁面 → 點擊訂單 → 顧客備註欄 → 點擊新增備註 → 輸入想要留言給顧客的信息

*   在顧客端內，當客戶登入官網帳號 → 訂單記錄 → 點擊訂單查看 → 備註 → 顧客可以在這裡看到你的留言

*   顧客還可以在「備註」中留言給你，客戶留下備註 → 點擊儲存 → 你就可在在 EasyStore 後台 → 訂單管理 → 點擊訂單 → 查看顧客備註欄裡留言
  
  
當顧客給你進行留言時，系統將會發出電郵通知給你
