# 【訂單管理】訂單如何退貨

此功能是記錄和追蹤訂單的退貨流程，所以建立退貨訂單後，需要與客戶或物流商協調把商品退還回來。

### **步驟一：建立退貨訂單**

1.  於訂單頁面 → 點擊「更多功能」→ 選擇「訂單退貨」

2.  選擇退貨的原因

3.  輸入退還的數量

4.  選擇從哪個地址取貨，勾取「發送通知電子郵件」

5.  點擊「新增退貨訂單」

6.  確認所有詳情後，點擊「接受退貨」

### **步驟二：更改退貨狀態**

1.  退貨訂單成立後，你可以與客戶或物流商協調把商品退還回來

2.  商品成功退還過後，點擊「完成退貨」

3.  你可以選擇是否要一併進行退款

4.  目前只可以以手動退款的方式退還金額給客戶

5.  退貨訂單已標記為「完成」和「已退款」
