# 在客戶管理中聯繫您的客戶

現在商家可以以更快速方便的方式在客戶管理中，直接透過電郵與Whatsapp聯繫您的客戶，這樣商家可以：  
  
*   與您的忠實客戶進行跟進
  
  
*   更輕鬆地與您客戶進行溝通
  
  
*   更快速地為客戶解決問題
  
  
*   了解您客戶所需
  
  
*   獲得客戶的意見反饋
  
  
  
  
📌 注意 : 目前聯絡客戶的管道僅包括電郵與Whatsapp 而已，但是日後我們將會添加更多快速聯繫客戶的管道！  
  
  
步驟 1 : 前往 EasyStore後台 > 客戶管理 > 選擇客戶

步驟 2 : 在 Quick Contact 快速聯繫區塊，點擊 電郵 或者 Whatsapp 小圖標

當您點擊了電郵的聯繫方式，您會前往您的Gmail inbox，您可以登入您的電郵賬號，登入之後便可以開始輸入您想要傳送的信息并發送至您客戶電郵了。

若您選擇Whatsapp的聯繫方式，您點擊了Whatsapp小圖標，便會前往以下Whatsapp 界面，點擊 “Continue to chat” 按鈕，便可以透過Whatsapp發送信息給您客戶。

步驟 3 : 輸入您想要傳達的信息 > 點擊發送給客戶 > 這樣就完成啦！😉
