# 【銷售管道】購物 APP （Shopping App）

||| 此功能僅適用於零售/數位轉型方案

購物 APP 可以讓顧客通過 APP 瀏覽你的網店並且進行購買。APP 裡可以除了可以直接讓顧客下單，也結合了顧客的會員資料、會員點數、會員等級、訂單記錄、通知訊息記錄等等。

### 步驟一：啟用購物 APP
1. 前往 EasyStore 後台 → 銷售管道 → 開啟購物 APP

2. 上傳購物 APP Logo

### 步驟二：顧客使用流程
1. 複製連結或傳送二維碼的方式給到顧客，讓顧客下載購物 App 並把你的網店加在購物 APP 裡

2. 客戶點擊連結或掃描二維碼後會導向下載應用頁面，這將會根據顧客手機品牌導向下載應用頁面（App Store 或 Play Store）

3. 成功下載後，顧客登入 App 後，可以點擊「新增商店」二維碼掃描新增網店到購物 App 裡

或點擊連結新增商店到購物 App 裡

4.  當客戶成功把商家商店加入在購物 APP 裡後，會如以下畫面顯示

5. 這時候客戶可以開始先註冊或登入帳號，然後以 APP 瀏覽你的網店

6.  當客戶選擇欲想購買商品時 → 加入購物車 → 點擊繼續結帳 → 將會導向品牌官網結帳頁面

7. 除了瀏覽商品和下單功能以外，顧客還可以在 APP 的下方選單裡使用到不同的功能

8.  APP 推送的訊息可以在「訊息」裡查讀

9. 客戶可在購物 APP 裡查看過往購買訂單記錄，這會直接整合顧客在其他管道的購買記錄，如：品牌官網，POS 系統等等

8. 顧客可在購物 APP 裡查看和編輯會員資料、會員等級、會員點數、回饋金、可用優惠券等等

### 💡 小提醒：

1. 透過群發訊息，在購物 APP 裡發送通知推送給客戶，客戶點擊通知後即會導向購物 App

    
* 客戶需要保持購物 APP 登入狀態才會收到訊息通知
