### 1. 關於Auto Count

  
*   AutoCount 會將新創建的產品/規格自動創建連接的 StockItem
  
  
*   連接的產品/規格，更改後將自動同步（商品條碼、重量、重量單位、價格、成本價格、庫存數量）到 AutoCount 的連接StockItem
  
  
*   商戶可以管理連接/取消連接以及手動地向外/向內同步
  
  
*   商家可以將StockItem作為產品導入 EasyStore後台
  
  
*   EasyStore 的產品 SKU是對應 StockItem 的 ItemCode (required field, Unique）
  
  
  
  

### 2. 如何匯入商品到Stock Item？

  
您可以到後台》擴充功能》Auto Count Product》點擊AutoCount》勾選您想要匯入到stock item的商品

### 3. 如何同步商品到Auto Count 連接的Stock Item？

  
您可以到後台》擴充功能》Auto Count Product》點擊Easystore》勾選庫存並點選同步到Easystore。

*   如何查看logs是否成功同步？
  
您可以到到後台》擴充功能》Auto Count Product》點擊Logs》 查看是否同步成功以及同步失敗的原因

AutoCount 的更新如下：  
  
*   現在可以在 AutoCount 中同步訂單和退款的商品數量以計算 StockItem 的數量
  
  
*   每當訂單付款時，都會在 AutoCount 中創建 SalesInvoice
  
  
*   查看訂單及其相關的發票，選擇訂單並在 AutoCount 中創建發票
  
  
*   當訂單全額/部分退款時，將在 AutoCount 中創建 CreditNote
