# 【域名設定】將現有域名轉接至 EasyStore 管理

  將域名轉移到 EasyStore 意味著你將域名管理商更改為 EasyStore，而 EasyStore 將成為你的域名託管人。後續的域名續訂費用將支付給 EasyStore，適用於希望將網店與域名一併於 EasyStore 管理的商家。  
  
將你既有域名轉移至 EasyStore 後，你仍然是該域名的擁有者。
  
###### 💡 小提醒：

* 若商家沒有獲得免費一年的.com, 一旦轉移域名到我們的伺服器就會自動扣款續費域名了。例如： 如果你剛剛在 Hinet 續約域名到 2023，那轉移過來 EasyStore 後會直接收取續約費用到 2024

* 轉移過程大約需要 7 - 14 個工作天

  




### 步驟一：轉移前確認清單

1. 只有以下域名能被轉移至 EasyStore：

**.tw, .com.tw, .co,  .com, .net, .biz, .info, .me, .be, .it, .name, .click, .space, .club, .top, .link, .one, .work, .xyz, .kim, .pet, .pro, .gift, .sexy, .run, .supply, .today, .family, .live, .studio, .trade, .online, .boutique, .camera, .care.**  
  
2. 確保你的既有域名已注冊 **60 天或以上**

3. 設定你的網址狀態為 **解鎖「unlock」**

4. 取消你的域名隱私保護設定，將之設定為 **公開**（公開後才能更改域名註冊商資料）

5. 確保域名管理員/註冊人的電子郵箱是 **你自己的電子郵箱**以接收授權碼（Authorization Code）或認證信（Verification mail）

6. 以下費用（含一年的域名續訂費）將從你的帳號進行收費以完成轉移

7. 域名需已註冊/使用 2 個月後才能進行轉移

8. 逾期時間不能少於一個月，這是為了確保域名不會在轉移過程中逾期


### 步驟二：要求轉移

1. 確認後，請將以下域名資料寄送至 [support@easystore.co](mailto:support@easystore.co) 或聯繫線上客服團隊要求進行轉移，將有專人協助你完成轉移與付費程序。

**由於是使用外國網域註冊系統，以下各項資料皆需您以英文與數字填寫：**
    

( 1 ) 網域名稱（Domain name）  
( 2 ) 域名擁有者姓名（Full name）  
( 3 ) 公司名或是網店名稱（Organization or shop name）  
( 4 ) 地址（Address）  （地址需包含國家、區域、區號、城市）
( 5 ) 聯絡電話（Contact number）  
( 6 ) 電子郵件信箱（Email address） 
（7）EPP Code （如有） 

### 步驟三：設定為主域名

  
1. 成功轉移後，你需要設定新域名為你的官網主域名。你可以到銷售管道 → 品牌官網 → 域名設定 → 點擊編輯

2. 將 www 的域名為主域名

3. 將沒有 www 的域名設定重新指向到主域名即可
