# 【Facebook 行銷】 貼文小助手

此功能可以讓你把商品發佈至 Facebook 粉絲專頁上，在收到評論並偵測到關鍵字時自動回覆評論和私訊客戶

### 步驟一：編輯貼文格式和回覆信息內容
1. 編輯將商品發佈到粉絲專頁時的預設貼文格式， 只能填入純文本或代碼。

*   **使用短網址** - 商品連結將以短網址顯示，例如： https://easy.co/abcdwxyz

*   **支持 EasyStore** - 貼文裡顯示支持 EasyStore

2. 設定自動回復留言。系統會自動在貼文裡留言給顧客和發送訊息

*  **回應關鍵字** - 當系統在帖子的評論中檢測到任何關鍵字時，將會自動留言和發送訊息

* **回覆留言** - 系統將自動回覆客戶的評論
    
*   **發訊息回應** - 系統將自動發訊息給客戶 Messenger

### 步驟二：發佈商品貼文到 Facebook 粉絲專頁

1. 前往商品管理 → 所有商品 → 點擊最右邊的「更多」按鈕 → 選擇為該商品發布貼文到 Facebook 粉絲專頁
