# 【臉書直播】Facebook 直播抽獎功能

透過使用 Facebook 直播功能，你可以有更多機會與客戶進行即時互動，吸引客戶的注意力以加速購買決策，立即提高轉換率。

### 步驟一：編輯抽獎活動自動回覆的關鍵字

1.  前往 EasyStore 後台 → 銷售管道 → Facebook 直播 → 「開始與結束抽獎活動」

2.  選擇並編輯自動回覆的文字

3.  點擊儲存，完成！  
    

### 步驟二：建立直播間

1.  前往 EasyStore 後台 → 銷售管道 → Facebook 直播 → 建立直播操作間

2.  輸入直播操作間標題和敘述

3.  點選建立。  
    

### 步驟三：建立抽獎活動

1.  點擊「所有活動」→ 「新增抽獎活動」

2.  輸入並編輯抽獎活動詳情  
    
 （1）「活動標題」、「活動獎品」、「中獎人數」、「參與活動關鍵字」是必填欄位
（2）「活動獎品」只可以選擇一個商品，若選擇的商品有其他規格，就會直接套用商品內的首個規格
（3）「中獎人數」需大於 0
（4）「參與活動關鍵字」只支援文字與數字，例如：HappyMothersDay、買多賺更多、Lucky7，不支援特殊符號與空格
（5）參與者必須在 Facebook 直播留言與「參與活動關鍵字」相同的關鍵字才可成功參加抽獎活動

3.  進階設定
    
   （1）免費（折扣 100%）- 獲獎者將直接獲得贈品
（2）固定比例 - 獲獎者可以享有優惠價格購買此商品

4.  點擊儲存，完成！  
    

### 步驟四：開始直播＆抽獎活動

1.  於 Facebook 平台設定開始直播 → 在 EasyStore Facebook 直播操作間點擊 「連接到 Facebook 直播」

2.  成功連結直播後，已建立的抽獎活動會顯示「開始活動」的按鈕

3.  開始後會自動在 Facebook 直播留言中公佈抽獎活動開始，當觀眾留言關鍵字即可成功參與活動
    
  （1）當活動開始後就不可以刪除活動
（2）同時間裡僅支援進行一個活動
（3）你可以點擊「公佈活動」，評論區會再度公佈抽獎活動開始，提醒客戶抽獎活動已經開始

4.  當你想要進行抽獎時，你可點擊「立即抽獎」系統即會開始隨機抽出幸運兒
    
  （1）當你點擊「立即抽獎」後，若觀眾再打入關鍵詞將不會被納入活動中

5.  當你點擊「獲獎公告」後，系統將會公佈幸運兒，並且直接公佈在評論區

6.  當得獎者自動公佈在評論區時， 系統也會自動私訊得獎者。得獎者可以選擇前往「購物車」或「結帳頁面」

7.  當公佈得獎者時，抽獎活動也會自動結束，並且會自動公佈在評論區
    
      
    
    🔸注意：如果你在公佈得獎者結果前點擊「結束活動」，活動會在沒有得獎者的情況下結束
