# OnVoard 放棄瀏覽網頁提醒電郵

此文章協助商家如何使用 OnVoard 擴充功能，讓系統自動在24小時內發送電郵提醒至跳出網站頁面放棄瀏覽的客戶

**前往後台 > 安裝擴充 > 安裝 OnVoard: Email Marketing**

在您開始之前:

* 您需要先在您的EasyStore後台串接OnVoard，您可以參考 [這裡](/zh-tw/article/onvoard-v9dl52/) 進行串接。

* 如果您還沒有 OnVoard 帳戶，請點擊 [此處](https://console.onvoard.com/register/)註冊。

* 有關 OnVoard 的價格和計劃，請點擊 [此處](https://www.onvoard.com/pricing)參考。


### a. 創建電郵帳戶
步驟 1: 點擊 Emails > Email Profiles > 添加 Email Profile。

步驟 2: 填入個人資料 > 儲存。系統將會寄送驗證電郵至您的郵箱，您可以前往郵箱，進行郵件驗證。

注意: 輸入的電郵不能是由免費的電子郵件提供商所提供。僅添加由您控制網域的電子郵件。

步驟 3: 創建電郵完畢之後，複製電郵ID，再繼續以下的步驟設定。


### b. 創建放棄瀏覽網頁提醒電郵
 

步驟 1: 點擊 Email > 選擇 Manage emails > 點擊 Add email > 選擇 'Cart Abandonment (Multiple Products)' 範本。

您可以自行選擇項目：

* Cart Abandonment (Single Product) 被遺棄購物車單項商品推薦

* Cart Abandonment (Multiple Products) 被遺棄購物車多項商品推薦

步驟 2: 選擇好后點擊 Next > 前往編輯內容頁面。

 

步驟 3: 點擊最上方的 Settings設置按鈕 > 下滑至 Resources 的項目 > 尋找 'Available Resources' > 點擊 Add resources > 選擇以下這 3 中資源:

* Product

* EasyStore Product

* EasyStore Product Viewed

步驟 4: 點擊 Content > 點擊  Items in your cart > 選取在左方的 'Query Resources Records' 。 下一步，在 Config > Resources > 選取 EasyStore Product Viewed > 并點擊提交Submit。

步驟 5: 下滑至 'Query Resource Record > 點擊 'Where' > 選擇 'Contact Email' > 選擇 'Select predicate' > 選擇 'equals' 。

 

步驟 6: 粘貼上您剛剛所複製的電郵 ID。

 

步驟 7: 選擇 Activity Datetime [High to Low] 。

 

步驟 8: 開啟 Exclude Past Purchases > 點擊提交 Submit。

### c. 創建放棄瀏覽網頁提醒電郵流程

步驟 1: 前往 Flows > Playbooks > 選取 Browse Abandonment > 點幾 Create Flow。

步驟 2: 滑下并選擇 Filter > 在右方欄目，滑至 Logic 底下 >   尋找 Email Delivered (OnVoard) > 粘貼上您所複製的電郵 ID。

步驟 3: 選擇 Send Email > 前往右方的 Properties  > Email > Browse Abandonment > 點擊提交 Submit。
