# 【擴充功能】Smartarget Line - Contact Us 聯繫按鈕

於您官網新增聊天按鈕允許客戶使用 Line Messenger 與您聯繫。

### 步驟一：安裝 Smartarget Line - Contact Us

1. 前往 EasyStore 後台 → 安裝擴充 → 更多擴充 → 搜尋 Smartarget Stories → 安裝

### 步驟二：設置 Smartarget Line - Contact Us

1. 選擇點擊按鈕後的行為



1.1  第一個選項為顧客可以選擇要聯繫的客服

1.2 第二個選項為會直接指派顯示第一位客服人員

1.3 第三個選項為顧客點擊按鈕即會導到 LINE 加好友二維碼

2. 設定按鈕的形狀、按鈕文字、按鈕位置等等

3. 選擇按鈕的預示文字設定，如是否想要開啟這個預示、顧客點擊關閉多久後會再出現等等（步驟 1.0 裡若選擇第三選項將不會有這個設定）

4. 設定客服的資料，如姓名、 LINE ID 、介紹、照片（步驟 1.0 裡若選擇第三選項將不會有這個設定）

4.1 如果想要增加更多客服，可點擊【Add Item】

5. 點擊儲存，完成
