# 【物流配送】中華郵政（郵局）使用說明 （台灣境內、海外郵寄）

此文章將講解中華郵政（郵局）的使用說明，目前 EasyStore 還沒有直接串接中華郵政，所以若要使用中華郵政，僅限手動物流設定操作或是可以使用[綠界物流](https://support.easystore.co/zh-tw/article/44cq54mp5rwb6ywn6ycb44cr57ag55wm56er5oqa54mp5rwb5liy5o6l6kit5a6a-1g3qu56/)
　  

### 步驟一：新增【中華郵政】為手動物流

1. 你可前往 EasyStore 後台 → 設定 → 物流設定，並且參考以下文章進行設定郵局的手動物流選項

### 步驟二：了解郵局規定

 收到訂單後，確認顧客已經付款後，你可記錄顧客的資料如，收件人資料，收件地址等等，把包裹拿到郵局寄送，大家可以參考中華郵政物流服務的相關規定和資料

1. 寄件、取件須知

*   物品限制 : 依郵件處理規則第 37 條規定之禁寄物品
    
*   重量限制 : 單件 20 公斤以上不收寄
    
*   尺寸限制 : 長+寬+高總和不得逾 150 公分
    
*   例外規定 : 包裹內容物屬不可分裝者，得彈性放寬重量至每件限重 30 公斤、放寬尺寸限制至任何一邊尺度不逾 150 公分，長度加長度以外之最大周圍合計亦不逾 300 公分(即 1 *長+ 2* 寬+ 2* 高不逾 300 公分)
    
*   其他限制 : 目前停辦國內保價包裹服務

### 步驟三：郵局國內/國外寄件
###### <  國內寄件流程 > 

1. 包裹包裝外註明收件人及寄件人的姓名住址電話  
2. 拿到郵局櫃台秤重 >  郵局人員秤重估算運費 >  繳納運費  
3. 收取交寄證明單，完成交寄程序 

###### <  國際寄件流程  >

1. 到有提供包裹業務的郵局領取 "國際包裹五聯單" 和 "商業發票" 填寫完成  
2. 帶著包裹前往郵局交寄

**國際包裹五聯單 **

1. 填寫方式 : 須用英文或寄達國所接受之語文填寫
    
2. 寄件人姓名地址
    

填寫英文姓名(可參考護照) > 英文地址([中文地址英譯](http://www.post.gov.tw/post/internet/SearchZone/index.jsp?ID=130112)) > 最後填上郵遞區號和電話

3. 收件人姓名地址
    

填寫收件人資料(可直接填寫英文姓名和地址) > 再填入對方的國名和電話

4. 內裝物品 : 提醒您需注意[各國禁寄物品](http://www.post.gov.tw/post/internet/Postal/index.jsp?ID=2030201)相關規定
