# 【功能設定】如何編輯郵件範本

郵件範本可以編輯自動發送給顧客的訊息內容。

### 步驟一：前往郵件範本編輯頁面

1. 前往 EasyStore 後台 → 設定 → 郵件範本

### 步驟二：選擇郵件範本進行編輯

*點擊“✏️”按鈕即可編輯郵件範本內容*

### 1. 主要排版  

    （1）編輯郵件範本的排版設計
    （2）選擇是否隱藏郵件裡 EasyStore 浮水印（只有商務版可以選擇隱藏）  
    （3）啟用訊息管道通知，除了電子郵件之外，還會透過訊息傳遞管道發送通知，這將會消耗代幣。請參閱 [【顧客經營】群發訊息/廣播功能](https://support.easystore.co/zh-tw/article/44cq6agn5a6i57at54ef44cr576k55m86kik5ogvlw7oasrewknidvq-17fii67/)
              目前僅支援部分郵件通知，如購物車未結帳通知信、付款通知信、訂單出貨通知信、自取相關信件通知

### 2. 當觸發指定流程時，系統將自動發送 Email 通知。

每一封郵件範本皆可自行開啟或關閉；若關閉，系統將不會發送該通知。

### 訂單相關  

    
（1）訂單建立成功通知信（可新增需要接收到訂單通知的電子郵件，將一併發送通知信）

（2）訂單明細 

（3）電子發票：此通知金針對馬來西亞的電子發票

（4）付款成功通知信：

當訂單透過第三方金流完成付款時，系統會將付款成功通知信**同時寄送給商家與顧客**；
若訂單是由商家於後台**手動標記為已付款**，則付款成功通知信**僅會寄送給顧客**，商家將不會收到相關通知

    （5）訂單退款信 （支援標準版或以上）
    （6）訂單取消信

「付款成功通知信」會預設有一張圖片，若想更換可到郵件範本裡更換，也可作刪除

*建議圖片尺寸為：800 x 200 px*
