# 【功能設定】郵件範本裡啟用訊息管道通知


郵件範本可編輯發給顧客的信件內容，這些信件會按照情況自動發送電子郵件給顧客，除了電子郵件以外，目前還可以透過訊息管道通知顧客，如 LINE、Facebook Messenger 等等。

🔸注意：這將會消耗代幣

支援以通訊管道發送的信件：

* 棄單通知信
* 付款通知信
* 訂單出貨通知
* 可取貨通知
* 取貨時間更新通知
* 取貨提醒通知


1. 前往 EasyStore 後台 → 設定 → 郵件範本

2. 啟用「啟用訊息管道通知 」

3. 啟用後，即可到可支援這功能的信件裡編輯訊息內容

4. 後續若是發送可支援這功能的信件，會連同電子郵件和通訊管道一起發送。

5. 系統將會根據顧客所擁有的資料進行發送訊息，訊息的發送是有優先排序的，而且只會發送給一個管道，管道優先排序如下：


| 優先排序 | 管道 | 代幣消耗 |
| ---- |
| 1 | 購物 App | 1 |
| 2 | LINE | 5 |
| 3 | Facebook Messenger | 5 |
| 4 | 手機短信 | 20 |

💡 小提醒：

* 發送通訊管道通知將會消耗代幣
* 若是不希望信件連同通訊管道一起發送，可關閉此功能
