# 【顧客管理】如何針對擁有回饋金或點數的會員群發訊息

### 步驟一：根據回饋金 / 點數餘額篩選顧客

1. 前往 EasyStore 後台 → 客戶管理 → 所有客戶 → 篩選

2. 根據你的需求篩選顧客回饋金或點數條件

### 步驟二：群發訊息至目標客群

1. 系統將會顯示你所篩選條件的結果，你可勾選或全選篩選出來的顧客 → 發送訊息

2. 編輯訊息內容，和查看將會消耗的 EasyStore 代幣
