# 【顧客經營】如何排除商品不獲得點數

當你的網店有些商品想要排除顧客購買時獲得點數，你可參考這篇文章設定哪些商品排除於點數獲取範圍之外。

### 步驟一：前往會員點數設定

1. 前往客戶管理 → 會員點數與分級 → 於會員點數設定點擊「編輯」

2. 於「購物」點擊「編輯」

### 步驟二：設定排除商品不獲得點數

1. 於「排除商品獲取點數」部分點擊「新增商品」

2. 選擇要排除於點數獲取範圍之外的商品

3. 若想要移除商品無法獲得點數，可在這區塊刪除商品
