# 【顧客經營】如何轉移訂單

顧客可能在下單時輸入了錯誤的電郵，或是顧客有多個電郵等等，導致同一個顧客會有多個帳號，且訂單無法統整，你可參考這篇文章為顧客轉移訂單。

### 步驟一：確認顧客帳號

1. 你需要先與顧客確認哪個帳號是顧客想要專注使用的，假設：顧客想要使用帳號 A

2. 然後你需要找到帳號 B 的訂單

### 步驟二：轉移訂單

1. 找到帳號 B 的訂單後，你可於顧客資訊裡把帳號 B 的顧客資訊移除

2. 移除帳號 B 的顧客資訊後，你可點擊「選擇現有顧客」，並選擇帳號 A 即可

3. 如此一來，就能為顧客把訂單從帳號 B 轉移到帳號 A，做到訂單轉移
