# 【蝦皮購物】蝦皮串接幫助手冊

如果你在同步商品到蝦皮時出現錯誤，可參考這文章裡找到對應的錯誤訊息含義和解決方法 。

1.  **錯誤訊息 : Order missing issue.**  
    解決方法：請將蝦皮賣場的訂單號碼與下單日期提供給客服尋求協助。
    
    ``` 🔸注意：目前只能協助商家恢復 15 天之內所下的訂單至 EasyStore 後台。```
    
2.  **錯誤訊息 : Volumetric weight should be between 0.01 and 30.0.**  
    解決方法： 表示商品缺乏尺寸，請到商品編輯內輸入商品的長度 x 寬度 x 高度。  
    
3.  **錯誤訊息 : Can't update item price when item is under promotion.**  
    解決方法： 商品在蝦皮有正在進行/即將進行促銷優惠，商品價格無法被更新或編輯。但是商品庫存與標題可以被更新。  
    
4.  **錯誤訊息 : Shop is under vacation mode.**
    
    解決方法：商家需要到蝦皮商家中心的設定裡，關閉休假模式 。請參考 [這裡](https://seller.shopee.tw/edu/article/202)。  
    
5.  **錯誤訊息 :** **This item is not allowed to edit & Can't edit deleted items.**
    
    解決方法： 商品在蝦皮的狀態呈現「已被刪除」或是「不存在」。  
    
6.  **錯誤訊息 : Must contains all mandatory attribute.**
    
    解決方法： 同步商品時遺漏須填寫欄目，請確保所有所需填寫欄目已填寫完畢，再點擊重新同步商品。  
    
7.  **錯誤訊息 : Invalid category id.**
    
    解決方法： 商品分類已逾期，請聯繫客服處理。  
    
8.  **錯誤訊息 : Image: ["download fail" , "download fail"].**
    
    解決方法：商品圖片過大或過小，也有可能是蝦皮伺服器出現問題。蝦皮圖片尺寸規則： 最小500x500 px、最大: 2MB。若是蝦皮伺服器問題：商家可以重新同步該商品。  
    
9.  **錯誤訊息 : Your access to shop has expired.**
    
    解決方法：無獲取商店數據的權限，請聯繫客服處理。  
    
10.  **錯誤訊息 : Error_unknown / server_error.**
    
    解決方法：蝦皮伺服器暫時不穩定或出現暫時性錯誤，商家可以先稍等片刻，之後重新點擊 「重新同步」按鈕。  
    
11.  **錯誤訊息 : Product name cannot less than 20 character / Product name cannot more than 120 character**
    
    解決方法：商品名稱不能少於 20 個字元，不能多於 120 個字元。請到 EasyStore 後台去編輯以及更新該商品名稱。  
    
12.  **12. 錯誤訊息 : Product description must between 20 to 3000 character.**
    
    解決方法：商品描述總文字數量需在 20 - 3000 個字之間。請到 EasyStore 後台去編輯以及更新該商品描述。  
    
13.  **13. 錯誤訊息 : Cannot more than 2 variant type.**
    
    解決方法：蝦皮至支持最多 2 個商品規格種類。請到 EasyStore 後台去刪除多餘的商品規格。  
    
14.  **錯誤訊息 : Variant type name cannot more than 14 character.**
    
    解決方法：商品規格名稱（例如：尺寸，顏色）不能超過 14 個字 。請到 EasyStore 後台去編輯以及更新該商品規格名稱。  
    
15.  **錯誤訊息 : Variant option name cannot more than 20 character.**
    
    解決方法： 商品規格選項名稱（例如：大中小，紅色藍色）不能超過 20 個字 。請到 EasyStore 後台去編輯以及更新該商品規格選項名稱。  
    
16.  **錯誤訊息 : Cannot more than 20 variant options.**
    
    解決方法： 蝦皮支援最多為 20 個商品規格選項（例如：L 號、M 號、S 號，或是紅色、藍色）。請到 EasyStore 後台去編輯以及更新該商品規格選項數量。  
    
17.  **17. 錯誤訊息 : Cannot more than 50 variants.**
    
    解決方法： 蝦皮支援最多為 50 個商品規格（例如：尺寸，顏色）。請到 EasyStore 後台去編輯以及更新該商品規格數量。  
    
18.  **錯誤訊息 : Weight must between 0.01 to 1000000kg.**
    
    解決方法：商品重量需要在 0.01 至 1000000公斤之間。請到 EasyStore 後台去編輯以及更新該商品重量。  
    
19.  **錯誤訊息 : Invalid shop ID or Invalid account status.**
    
    解決方法：蝦皮帳號有可能被凍結，請聯繫蝦皮客服，了解您的蝦皮帳號是否有開通並可以正常使用。  
    
20.  **錯誤訊息 : Stock should bigger than 0.**
    
    解決方法：商品/商品規格的庫存數量需要大於零（數量 ≥ 0）。請到 EasyStore 後台去編輯以及更新該商品/商品規格庫存數量。  
    
21.  **錯誤訊息 : Variation- spex error : model price min 1500000, price max 11000000, max/min ratio 7.333333333333333 is higher than 7.**
    
    解決方法：商品規格的價格差異過大（如下圖）。請到 EasyStore 後台去編輯以及更新該商品規格價格。

22.  **錯誤訊息 : Item - logistics channel (id :20010) not in shop logistics list / item - logistic 39303 not enabled in shop level**
    
    解決方法：這是由於商家在蝦皮設定關閉了物流物流選項。請點擊「重新同步」按鈕。  
    
23.  **錯誤訊息：Item - dts 30 > max: 20.**  
    解決方法：商家需要在蝦皮的備貨天數設定為最多20天。  
    
24.  **錯誤訊息：Order Status : TO_CONFIRM_RECEIVE.**
    
    解決方法： 這是由於訂單商品規格數據與 EasyStore 商品規格數據不符合。請確保 EasyStore 商品的最新資訊有成功同步至蝦皮。  
    
25.  **錯誤訊息：update_variation_price - Price exceeds min limitation 1.0**
    
    解決方法：這是因為商品未設定原價導致蝦皮無法使用原價來設定價格。

26.  **錯誤訊息：update_item - Item description include images, please use Open API 2.0 editing**
    
    解決方法：於蝦皮擴充設定 **→** 選擇開啓「僅同步商品庫存」 **→** 商品敘述欄位中的圖片需手動複製到蝦皮賣場（預計 2022年 10 月將優化此功能）  
    
27.  **錯誤訊息：Item-Length/Width/Height is mandatory for current category.**
    
    解決方法：商品的長度、高度、寬度，必須大於 1 CM  

28. **錯誤訊息：add_item- Parameter is not match the constraints, package_length should bigger than 0.**
  解決方法：商品長度必須大於 0


29. **錯誤訊息：update_tier_variation - Failed to update product : external error: model tier index out of range**
解決方法： 此商品在 EasyStore 和蝦皮的商品規格不匹配，你可檢測哪個規格不匹配再進行調整，* 從蝦皮中刪除多餘的商品規格，或者在 Easystore 新增缺少的商品規格，然后再次進行商品同步

30. **錯誤訊息：upload_img - ["image is invalid or not supported","image is invalid or not supported"]**
解決方法：更換商品圖片格式，蝦皮不支援 .webp 格式
