# 【訂單管理】如何手動新增訂單

在某些情況下，你可能需要在後台手動新增訂單。透過手動新增訂單，你可以完整記錄訂單內容、付款方式與顧客資訊，確保訂單與後續出貨、對帳流程順利進行。

以下將說明如何在 EasyStore 後台操作。

1. 前往 EasyStore 後台 → 訂單管理 → 所有訂單 → 新增訂單

2. 選擇此訂單的「出貨地點」，將會從所選地點扣除庫存

3. 選擇商品

* 你可根據不同的篩選條件快速精準找到商品

* 你也可以新增客製化商品或項目，此商品不會新增到商品管理裡，只會被視為「客製化商品」

4. 加入「選擇現有顧客」或「新增顧客」在訂單裡，如果「選擇現有顧客」，顧客的資料如帳單地址、宅配地址將會被自動套入

5. 你可以自行替這訂單新增折扣、新增回饋金使用、新增點數使用、新增運費等等
