# 【訂單管理】如何手動出貨

若你使用的物流商非與 EasyStore 串接的第三方物流商，你可以在訂單出貨時選擇 「手動出貨」 方式，為你的訂單進行出貨。

# 如何在 EasyStore 後台手動出貨訂單

1. 若訂單狀態為已付款，你可以準備為訂單進行出貨。前往訂單管理 → 點選任一訂單 → 點擊「出貨」 → 選擇「手動出貨」

2. 確認出貨商品及出貨數量 → 點擊「出貨」

3. 你可以在此步驟先選擇狀態為「待出貨」→ 點擊「更新追蹤資訊」
* 保持勾選「重新寄送通知信」

4. 待與物流公司安排出貨後，可獲得追蹤編號 / 寄件編號 或追蹤連結後（也可以在步驟 3. 時填入，按照個別操作而異）

5. 回到該訂單，找到訂單記錄 → 點擊「商品等待配送」旁的「筆狀」按鈕 → 把「物流服務」、「追蹤編號」和「追蹤連結」輸入出貨資訊欄位裡 → 更新出貨狀態→ 點擊「更新追蹤資訊」
* 物流服務商若非在預設選項中，可以手動輸入
* 保持勾選「重新寄送通知信」

# 手動物流出貨須知

1. 手動出貨訂單支援批量出貨。EasyStore 後台 → 訂單管理 → 所有訂單 → 大量勾選想要更改成已出貨的訂單 → 右側選單點擊「更多操作」 → 「點擊更改為已出貨」

2. 若你想為手動出貨訂單取消出貨前，你可前往該訂單 → 訂單記錄 → 點擊「商品正在等待配送」旁的「筆狀」按鈕 → 點擊下方「取消出貨」
