# 【訂單管理】大量匯出訂單資料

為方便商家進行訂單管理與報表分析，EasyStore 提供一鍵匯出訂單功能，讓您輕鬆將所有訂單資料下載為 Excel 檔案。匯出內容包含訂單編號、顧客資訊、商品明細、付款狀態、物流資訊等，方便您進行對帳、統計或進一步處理。

### 匯出訂單

1. 你可以匯出訂單成 Excel 表單以作更多訂單資料整理

訂單管理 → 右上角點擊「更多按鈕」→匯出訂單

2. 選擇匯出訂單的條件。下載全部或指定訂單、匯出內容、匯出格式

3. 匯出內容可選擇「完整明細」、「僅商品明細」、「僅交易明細」。若不希望匯出過多資訊，可選擇『商品明細』或『交易明細』。若需查看完整訂單內容，請選擇『完整明細』

4. 建議選擇 Microsoft Excel （.xlsx）格式以避免有中文亂碼的情況
