# 【訂單管理】批量更改訂單狀態成 「已付款」/ 「已出貨」

你可以於 EasyStore 訂單管理頁面批量更改訂單狀態成「已付款」/ 「已出貨」。

**注意：這功能僅用於手動更新訂單狀態用途，並不會與第三方金流商/物流商產生連動。**

# 批量更改訂單狀態成 「已付款」

1. EasyStore 後台 → 訂單管理 → 所有訂單  → 大量勾選想要更改成已付款的訂單

2. 右側選單點擊「更多操作」 → 「點擊更改為已付款」

3. 等待提示窗口顯示處理完畢即可點擊「完成」，訂單即會更改成「已付款」狀態

4. 訂單記錄內的成功付款記錄會根據顧客下單時選擇的金流進行記錄，例如：

* 顧客若下單時選擇銀行轉帳，就會變成 “銀行轉帳”
* 顧客若下單時選擇綠界超商條碼，就會變成 “綠界科技 ECPay”
* 顧客若下單時選擇藍新信用卡，就會變成 “藍新金流 NewebPay”

# 批量更改訂單狀態成 「已出貨」

${color}[#c01616](**批量「已出貨」操作僅適用於尚未出貨的訂單。若訂單已執行過出貨，將不會生效，即使物流狀態顯示為「裝運中」、「配送中」等亦同**)

1. EasyStore 後台 → 訂單管理 → 所有訂單  → 大量勾選想要更改成已出貨的訂單

2. 右側選單點擊「出貨」 → 點擊「更改為已出貨」

3. 為選擇的訂單選擇想要更換的出貨狀態

4. 選擇是否要勾選「發送通知電子郵件」讓顧客知道出貨狀態

5. 等待提示窗口顯示處理完畢即可點擊「完成」，訂單即會更改成「已付款」狀態
