# 【訂單管理】 如何在綠界廠商後台查詢訂單（金流 / 物流）

此文章將說明如何至綠界後台查詢EasyStore訂單的金流與物流訂單明細。

# 查詢綠界信用卡交易明細

此方法僅供查詢信用卡交易明細

1. 登入 [綠界廠商後台](https://vendor.ecpay.com.tw/)  → 信用卡收單 → 交易明細查詢

2. 篩選日期後點擊查詢

3. 根據廠商訂單編號有包含 ES 的為 EasyStore 系統產生的訂單

| 「廠商訂單編號」的前 4 碼 為 EasyStore 自動生成的訂單編號，截圖裡表示此交易是屬於 #1115 訂單編號
如果有自訂【訂單編號開頭】，例如 自訂ES25為訂單編號開頭，EasyStore 後台訂單編號會顯示 ＃ES251115

4. 以下為 EasyStore 訂單記錄內對應綠界廠商後台的交易明細

# 查詢綠界全方位金流交易明細

此方法可查詢所有付款方式交易明細

1. 登入 [綠界廠商後台](https://vendor.ecpay.com.tw/)  → 一般訂單查詢 → 全方位金流訂單

2. 你可查看「廠商訂單編號」的前 4 碼為 EasyStore 訂單編號

3. 以下為 EasyStore 訂單記錄內對應綠界廠商後台的交易明細

1. 登入 [綠界廠商後台](https://vendor.ecpay.com.tw/)  → 物流管理 → 物流建單及查詢

2. 你可查看 ${color}[#ff0505](「廠商訂單編號」的後 4 碼 ) EasyStore 訂單編號

         截圖裡表示此交易是屬於 ${color}[#ff0000](EasyStore #1396 )訂單編號
