# 【訊息中心】如何使用對話篩選器

你可以依照對話狀態、來源管道及指派人員篩選收件匣中的對話，並將常用的篩選條件儲存為自訂篩選，方便日後一鍵快速套用。

1. 前往訊息中心點擊【篩選器】按鈕

2. 建立篩選器

3. 輸入篩選器名稱

4. 選擇對話的狀態

5. 管道會顯示你已經開啟的通訊管道（可選擇多個）

6. 選擇被指派的客服人員（可選擇多個）

7. 套用篩選器：僅套用目前的篩選條件，不會儲存。
儲存篩選器：將目前的篩選條件套用並儲存為常用篩選，方便日後快速套用。

8. 儲存的篩選條件可快速套用

9. 點擊【刪除】按鈕即可刪除儲存的篩選條件
