# 【訊息中心】指定回覆人員

1. 對於訊息中心內的訊息，你可以指定特定人員負責回覆，以便團隊分工與追蹤處理進度。

2. 被指定的人員可於對話列表及對話視窗中看到名稱顯示

3. 你可於員工設定中，控制該員工是否擁有「指派對話」權限。

若未勾選此權限，該員工僅能將對話指派給自己，無法指派給其他員工。
