# 【金流收款】如何在藍新平台進行退款


### 如何在藍新平台進行退款

1. 藍新平台 → 銷售中心  → 銷售記錄查詢   → 信用卡交易記錄查詢；信用卡訂單退款、取消交易，請在此頁面執行

2. 授權成功之訂單，請點擊「取消授權」，該筆訂單即取消交易

3. 請款完成之訂單，請點擊「退款」，即可執行該筆訂單刷退作業；一次付清訂單可部份金額退款。分期付款訂單只可全額退款，不可部份退款

4. 信用卡交易訂單90 天之內均可在藍新金流後台操作刷退，刷退後訂單手續費也會退還予商店，若超過90 天訂單則無法在線上刷退

5. 此頁可查詢信用卡退款申請進度， 帳務中心  → 信用卡請退款作業  → 請退款查詢
