# 【金流收款】如何設定銀行轉帳收款方式

## 設定銀行轉帳

### 步驟一：啟用銀行轉帳**

1. 前往 EasyStore 後台 → 金流設定 → 點擊「新增收款方式」

2. 選擇 Bank Transfer

### 步驟二：設定銀行轉帳

1. 輸入顯示名稱 → 選擇啟用 Bank Transfer

2. 填寫你的帳戶資料如：銀行名稱、帳戶號碼、帳戶名稱和使用說明等等。這部分你可以自由編輯格式，主要是讓客戶清楚知道使用說明

🔸提醒：你也可以在這裡放電子錢包轉帳的資訊，例如街口支付掃碼轉帳等。可提供兩個以上的轉帳資訊供顧客選擇。

3. 點擊儲存，完成！

## 客戶使用流程

### 步驟一：於結帳頁面選擇銀行轉帳為付款方式

### 步驟二：前往「訂單完成頁面」

1. 銀行轉帳的資訊將會在客戶點擊「立即下單」後，顯示在「感謝頁面」

2. 客戶成功轉帳後，可以上傳收據或匯款編號證明已經手動匯款至你的銀行賬戶

3. 當顧客上傳付款憑證附件或付款編號時，你也會收到郵件通知

### 訂單付款狀況

1. 客戶成功上傳付款憑證後，你可以在後台訂單頁面裡查看，並手動把訂單改為「已付款」

2. 當你手動為訂單更改為「已付款」時，頁面會顯示顧客上傳的付款憑證截圖 / 檔案
