# 【AI 功能】顧客摘要

商家現在可直接在顧客資料頁查看 **AI 生成的顧客摘要**，無需逐一檢視顧客資料或購買紀錄，即可快速了解顧客概況。
AI 會根據顧客最新資料產生摘要，若顧客資訊有所更新，商家也可隨時點擊【重新生成】以取得最新摘要。
透過顧客摘要，商家與客服人員可在與顧客互動或提供支援前，更快速掌握顧客背景，提升溝通效率。

1. 前往客戶管理 > 點擊 （...）> 客戶設定

2. 找到【顧客摘要】區塊並且啟用

3. 前往顧客帳號頁面 > 於【顧客摘要】區塊點擊【生成摘要】

||| 💡注意：每次生成 AI 內容時，將消耗 0.1～1 個代幣，實際消耗數量依生成內容而定

4. 生成後，若不滿意內容可以再度點擊【重新生成】

5. POS 系統內也可以執行【顧客摘要】

於 POS 系統內 > 新增顧客 > 點擊顧客 > 於【顧客摘要】區塊點擊【生成摘要】
