# 【金流收款】LINE Pay 金流 串接與退款

# 如何申請

### 步驟一：串接 LINE Pay

1. 向 LINE Pay 申請和開通金流服務帳號： [傳送門](https://pay.line.me/merchant-apply/tw/contact-request?locale=zh-TW&code=G36S2U)

2. 成功申請後，到 EasyStore 後台 → 功能設定 →  金流設定 → 新增收款方式 → 搜尋 LINE Pay

3. 若 LINE Pay 有要求需要輸入 IP，請登入 [LINE Pay 帳號後台](https://pay.line.me/portal/tw/auth/login)→ 左側「開發者工具」→ 「管理付款伺服器 IP」→ 輸入以下 IP：

* 52.221.168.222
* 52.221.169.235
* 13.214.85.156
* 3.0.198.164

4. 請登入 LINE Pay 帳號後台 →  取得Channel ID 和 Channel Secret Key → 回到 EasyStore 後台 →  將兩組參數填入相關欄位
    （1）前往 LINE Pay 後台 →  左側「管理付款連結」→ 「管理連結金鑰」→  複製管理金鑰：Channel ID 和 Channel Secret Key

    （2）把 Channel ID 和 Channel Secret Key 貼到 EasyStore 後台 →  LINE Pay 金流裡

### 步驟二：設定 LINE Pay 金流

1. 輸入 LINE Pay 金流選項的名稱

2. 選擇啟用 LINE Pay

3. 點擊「新增/刪除金流選項」，目前有 TWD 和 USD 兩種貨幣選擇

4. 點擊“筆狀”按鈕可以編輯顯示名稱和付款指示，這將會顯示在結帳頁面

### 步驟三：點擊儲存，完成！

# 退刷流程

### 方法一 ：整筆訂單退款

EasyStore 後台可以直接連動金流退款，操作方式請詳閱 [【訂單管理】訂單退款](https://support.easystore.co/zh-tw/article/44cq6kic5zau566h55cg44cr6kic5zau6yca5qy-b1nkfp/)


### 方法二：部分退款

1. 訂單管理 ➡️ 訂單  ➡️ 複製顯示的【付款憑證】

2. 登入 LINE Pay 管理後台後點選「管理交易 > 交易紀錄」頁面，先設定「交易日期」，並將您從 EasyStore 後台複製的「備註」貼在「交易號碼」欄位，最後點按「搜尋」按鈕。
成功搜尋訂單後， **請直接點按「訂單號碼」**
||| ⚠️ 注意：若為部分退款，請勿點選「全部退款 / 退款」按鈕，因為點選後將全額退款。

3. 點擊後會進入【整體搜尋】頁面，執行部分退款，請點【部分取消】

4. 點擊【部分取消】後會出現另一個視窗，請在欄位中輸入要退刷的金額，並點擊【提交】

5. 畫面將出現提醒訊息，若確認退刷請點擊【確定】
6. 確定取消後會出現一筆【部分取消】的紀錄，表示已經完成部分退刷
7. 部分金額退刷後，需回到後台手動記錄此訂單為已退款，該筆訂單中的商品才會回到庫存中。 操作方式請詳閱.  [【訂單管理】訂單退款](https://support.easystore.co/zh-tw/article/44cq6kic5zau566h55cg44cr6kic5zau6yca5qy-b1nkfp/) 的『手動退款』
