# 於訂單管理主動聯繫

1. 顧客下單後，你可以前往該顧客的訂單頁面，於【顧客資訊】卡片內點擊更多 > 發送訊息

2. 即可開啟 Live Chat 與顧客進行聯繫

# 顧客端接收訊息

1. 顧客登入官網帳號後，既可以看到 Live Chat 的訊息

2. 若顧客已安裝【購物 APP】，Live Chat 訊息將會以推播通知形式發送至 APP

👉顧客可在【購物 APP】內查看並回覆 Live Chat 訊息

3.  系統會向 Live Chat 管道未讀對話的顧客發送電子郵件通知，顧客將會收到一封電子郵件提醒，通知他們尚未查看的對話內容。
