# 【擴充功能】OnVoard 結帳提醒電郵

此文章協助商家如何使用 OnVoard 擴充功能，讓系統自動在24小時內發送電郵提醒放棄結帳的客戶

**前往後台 > 安裝擴充 > 安裝 OnVoard: Email Marketing**

在您開始之前:

* 您需要先在您的EasyStore後台串接OnVoard，您可以參考 [這裡](/zh-tw/article/onvoard-v9dl52/) 進行串接。

* 如果您還沒有 OnVoard 帳戶，請點擊 [此處](https://console.onvoard.com/register/)註冊。

* 有關 OnVoard 的價格和計劃，請點擊 [此處](https://www.onvoard.com/pricing)參考。

### a. 創建電郵帳戶
步驟 1: 點擊 Emails > Email Profiles > 添加 Email Profile。

步驟 2: 填入個人資料 > 儲存。系統將會寄送驗證電郵至您的郵箱，您可以前往郵箱，進行郵件驗證。

注意: 輸入的電郵不能是由免費的電子郵件提供商所提供。僅添加由您控制網域的電子郵件。

### b. 創建結帳提醒電郵

步驟 1: 點擊 Email > 選擇 Manage emails > 點擊 Add email > 選擇 'Checkout Abandonment' 範本。選擇好后點擊 Next > 前往編輯內容頁面。

步驟 2: 點擊最上方的 Settings設置按鈕 > 下滑至 Resources 的項目 > 尋找 'Available Resources' > 點擊 Add resources > 選擇 'EasyStore Checkout Started' 。

步驟 3: 點擊 Content 按鈕 > 點擊 Items in your cart > 在左方欄目選擇 'Resource Property' 。

步驟 4: Config > Resources > 選擇 EasyStore Checkout Started > 點擊提交Submit。

### c. 創建結帳提醒流程

步驟 1: 前往 Flows > Playbooks > 選取 Checkout Abandonment > 點幾 Create Flow。

Step 2: 選擇 Send Email。前往右方的 Properties 欄目 > 點選 Select value > Checkout Abandonment > 點擊提交 Submit。

 d. 關閉自動挽救跑單功能

若您正在使用 OnVoard 擴充功能發送結賬提醒電郵，您需要在 EasyStore 後台關閉自動挽救跑單功能。

前往 EasyStore 後台 > 功能設定 > 結賬設定 > 跑單 > 自動挽救跑單 > 停用 > 儲存。
