介面結帳，能直接結合你網店中的商品庫存、訂單與顧客資料，整合到統一的網店後台，讓你不需個別紀錄💪 ## 網頁版 POS 系統使用流程 ### 步驟一：登入網頁版 POS 系統 方法 1 ：登入 EasyStore 後台首頁 → 點擊最上方的 POS 系統管道 ### 步驟二：建立 POS 訂單 1. 加入商品 （1）搜尋商品並點擊商品就會把商品加到購物車裡 👉可透過商品名稱、規格名稱、商品編號（SKU）、商品條碼（Barcode）搜尋商品 ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/b34797d9594d3000/image_8axmje.png) ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/b/3/4/7/b34797d9594d3000/image_1spvlsp.png) 2. 「新增客戶」，填入客戶資料或選擇官網已有客戶（若在此流程輸入客戶資料，成功付款後就會如同官網下單，顧客會收到付款確認信和收據） ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/b34797d9594d3000/image_l54orz.png) （2）若你選擇「新增顧客」，你需要填寫顧客的基本資料， ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/b34797d9594d3000/image_15fax1t.png) 你也可以選擇透過電子郵件或簡訊發送帳號啟用信給顧客；若你填寫顧客電子郵件，即會透過電子郵件發送帳號啟用信；若你填寫手機號碼，即會透過簡訊發送帳號啟用信 ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/b34797d9594d3000/image_17uj4ux.png) 再點擊可以去到更內層查看顧客資料，你還可以查看到顧客資訊如「點數餘額」、「回饋金餘額」、「線上購物車」「已購商品」、「下單記錄」、等等 「會員點數」抵折（可選擇想要使用多少點數）（第一次點擊會直接套用全部點數，若只想使用部分點數，可點擊已套用的點數即可調整點數） * 「回饋金」抵折（可選擇想要使用多少回饋金）（第一次點擊會直接套用全部回饋金，若只想使用部分回饋金，可點擊已套用的回饋金即可調整回饋金） 選擇付款方式（目前只用於記錄用途），POS 裡會預設有「現金付款」和「信用卡」的選項，然後下方會呈現你在後台金流設定裡所開啟的付款方式 ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/b34797d9594d3000/image_1yb3sm9.png) （1）若顧客需要分開付款，如訂單是 1000 元，顧客想要 500 元用現金，500 元用信用卡，可選擇 【拆分支付】 （2）先輸入第一次付款的金額，然後選擇「拆分支付」 ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/b34797d9594d3000/image_4956rj.png) （3）選擇第二次的付款方式，然後再輸入剩餘的金額 ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/b34797d9594d3000/image_14ds7aa.png) 2. 輸入收到的金額，系統將會自動計算找零 → 之後點擊「更改為已付款」 ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/b34797d9594d3000/image_jsq0jw.png) 3. 來到這個頁面表示訂單已經成立和客戶已經成功付款，你可選擇【列印訂單明細】、【列印收據】、【寄送明細至客戶電郵信箱】、【新增備註欄】等等的動作 ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/b/3/4/7/b34797d9594d3000/image_8xedu.png) **💡 小提醒：網頁版 POS 支援列印【收據】及【訂單明細】；APP POS 僅支援列印【收據】。** 若使用網頁版 POS
